The Mars Global Food Safety Center (GFSC)  joined with leading food magazine New Food  on a ‘Q&A series discussing three critical areas of food safety that experts are focused on to help strengthen the global food supply chain and ensure safe food for all:

In the second of this 3-part series,  Liz Colebrook, Global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Director of Food Safety at Mars, and expert partners Dr Amare Ayalew, Manager of the Partnership for Aflatoxin Control in Africa (PACA) at the African Union Commission, and Professor Jagger Harvey, Director of the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for the Reduction of Post-Harvest Loss and Professor at Kansas State University, discuss the critical role of collaboration in combatting mycotoxin contamination as well as actions to help predict and prevent future occurrences.
